🔁 SWIS Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SWIS Period Underwear, designed with your comfort, confidence, and hygiene in mind. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy to ensure safety and product integrity for all of our customers.

❌ Returns & Refunds — All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of disposable period underwear, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or unopened products.

This policy ensures that:

  • All customers receive brand-new, unused products

  • We comply with health and hygiene standards

  • We protect the safety of our community

⚠️ Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items Only

If you received a product that is: 

  • Visibly damaged in transit (e.g., torn packaging, product leakage)

  • Defective in quality (e.g., missing adhesive, faulty design)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  1. Email us at [hello@swisperiod.com] with the subject line: DAMAGED ORDER - [Order #]

  2. Include:

    • A clear photo or video of the issue

    • Your order number

    • A description of the problem

  3. Submit the request within 7 calendar days of receiving your package

If approved, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement product (same item, no substitutions)

  • Or offer store credit at our discretion

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance.

📦 Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if a return or replacement is authorized.

📫 Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. SWIS is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.

Re-delivery may be possible, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
